Overview of the Jkjili Affiliate Program
The Jkjili Affiliate Program enables partners to promote our gaming brands in exchange for a performance-based revenue share. The program emphasizes transparent measurement, strict compliance with applicable gambling laws, and professional partner support. Participation is subject to the Affiliate Agreement and ongoing compliance with program rules.
Program Scope and Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals and entities that are legally permitted to promote online gambling where allowed, are at least 18 years old, and operate in compliant advertising channels. Applicants must complete the registration process, provide requested business information, and accept the Affiliate Agreement. Jkjili reserves the right to approve or reject applications at our sole discretion and may require identity verification and tax documentation prior to payout.
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a revenue share based on Net Revenue generated by players referred through Affiliate Links. Rates are determined by performance tier and are published in the Affiliate Agreement. The structure is designed to reward sustained performance, with higher tiers offering increased shares and enhanced promotional support. Commission accrues monthly and is payable in the next payout cycle following verification of revenue.
Definitions:
- Net Revenue means Gross Revenue derived from referred players, minus refunds, adjustments, and bonuses paid to players, and minus approved chargebacks and fraud-related losses as defined in the Agreement.
- Promo Adjustments may apply in accordance with the Agreement for promotional offers, seasonal bonuses, or platform-wide incentives.
Example flows:
- Each month, Net Revenue is calculated for referred players.
- The Affiliate earns the rate corresponding to their current tier on that Net Revenue amount.
- Payout occurs on the standard schedule after monthly reconciliation, subject to the minimum payout threshold and any verification steps.
Promotional Materials and Brand Use
Jkjili provides approved promotional assets to support campaigns, including banners, landing pages, and marketing copy. Affiliates must use assets as provided or as specifically approved, and may not modify creative elements in a way that misrepresents the brand or the product. All materials must comply with applicable advertising regulations and responsible gaming requirements. Ownership of all Jkjili marks remains with Jkjili; affiliates receive a limited license solely for performance of the Affiliate Agreement.
Tracking, Reporting and Payments
Tracking is performed via industry-standard affiliate software. The Affiliate Portal provides real-time or near-real-time reporting for clicks, signups, deposits, and Net Revenue. Payments are issued monthly, in the currency defined in the Agreement, once the minimum payout threshold is met and all compliance checks are complete. Deductions for refunds, chargebacks, or fraud losses apply as defined in the Agreement. Affiliates may request payment history and reconciliation statements through the Portal.
Compliance and Responsible Gaming
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where Jkjili operates. Marketing content must be truthful, non-deceptive, and not targeted to minors. Affiliates must implement responsible gaming messaging and comply with advertising standards. The Affiliate Agreement includes prohibitions on prohibited practices and a framework for sanctions and termination for violations.
Data Privacy and Confidentiality
Any personal data processed as part of the Affiliate Program is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Affiliates must maintain the confidentiality of non-public information and implement reasonable security measures to protect data. Data processing is governed by a separate data protection agreement as applicable.
Term, Termination, and Post-Termination Rights
The Affiliate Agreement governs duration, termination, and post-termination rights. Either party may terminate by notice or immediately for material breach. Upon termination, affiliates lose the right to accrue new commissions on referred players, subject to any outstanding commissions that are earned and payable in accordance with the Agreement and any sunset periods described therein.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The Affiliate Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jkjili is licensed, and disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction or by alternative dispute resolution as specified in the Agreement. The parties submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for enforcement and interpretation of the Agreement.

To join the Jkjili Affiliate Program, complete the registration in the Affiliate Portal. Upon verification and approval, you will receive access to the partner dashboard, a dedicated account manager, and promotional assets. You may begin promoting Jkjili products immediately after approval, subject to ongoing compliance obligations and performance reporting.
