Scope and Purpose

Jkjili maintains a formal self-exclusion framework to support players who choose to pause or end their participation for defined periods. This policy explains the options available, how to start, how the periods operate, and the steps for revocation and ongoing support.

Self Exclusion Options

Time Out short breaks

  • Time Out is a temporary restriction across all Jkjili products. When activated, deposits, wagers and withdrawals are blocked and access to the account is prevented for the selected period. The available periods are shown in the Self Exclusion area of the account profile.
  • Time Out can only be revoked after a minimum cooling off period following the initial request. If you do not revoke, the account will automatically reactivate at the end of the period.

Self Exclusion longer periods

  • Self Exclusion imposes a fixed period during which the entire account is closed. The period is pre defined and cannot be altered once selected. During the exclusion, login, deposits and withdrawals are blocked and no gameplay is possible.
  • Upon expiry, the account will automatically reactivate. If you wish to re apply for an exclusion after expiry, you must submit a new request through the standard channels.

Initiation and Processing

To start Time Timeout or Self Exclusion, go to Profile and select Self Exclusion. Choose the duration from the available options. For longer closures that are not in profile, you may submit a request through our secure support channel. The operator will confirm receipt and apply the exclusion for the chosen period. The period begins once confirmation is completed and the account is locked.

Durations and Fixed Periods

Only pre defined durations are available. No ad hoc modifications are permitted. The standard periods include 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. Availability may vary by product but the set applies to the account as a whole. The end date is enforced automatically.

Revocation and Extensions

To revoke or extend an active exclusion, you must submit a written or electronic revocation request. The Company will review the request and may decline. If no response is received within the defined timeframe, the exclusion remains in effect until the end of the period.

Financial Protection and Limits

Players may set spending or wagering limits in the My Account area. If a limit is exceeded during an active exclusion, further actions under that limit are blocked. Requests to revoke limits or to modify protections are subject to written or electronic notice and the Company may decline. The operator will take reasonable steps to ensure that exclusion measures are observed and will not send promotional material to excluded customers.

Promotions and Communications

During any active exclusion the customer will not receive promotional offers. Jkjili will take reasonable steps to prevent communications to excluded accounts. Users remain responsible for any activity conducted or attempted using alternative or shared credentials and the Company bears no liability for such breaches.

Data Handling and Compliance

Self exclusion is implemented in line with applicable KYC and AML policies. Personal data used to administer exclusion will be retained as required by law. You may exercise data rights by contacting the operator through the channels listed in the Help section.

Reactivation and Ongoing Use

At the end of the exclusion period the account is automatically reactivated. If you wish to prevent immediate re engagement, you must initiate a new exclusion request or contact support with instructions. You may re apply for exclusion after expiry via the standard process.

Jkjili reserves the right to update this policy from time to time in accordance with applicable laws. Updates will be communicated through built in notices prior to taking effect.
