Scope and Definitions

This Bonus Policy governs all bonus offers issued by Jkjili (the "Casino"). It supplements the General Terms and Conditions and applies to every promotional offer currently available or subsequently introduced. In the event of inconsistency, the offer-specific terms prevail over this Policy.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

  • Only one bonus may be claimed per person, household, address, IP address, device, payment method, email address, or publicly shared computer environment. Jkjili may suspend or close accounts identified as duplicates or linked to a single user.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. Some offers may be restricted by country or regulatory status.

Claiming and Activation

Bonuses may be credited automatically where no code is required. Some offers require a promotional code prior to deposit or a specific action to activate. No deposit bonuses are granted without a funded deposit or other qualifying action as described in the offer terms.

Wagering Requirements and Bonus Contributions

Unless the offer states otherwise, a wagering requirement of 45 times the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Contribution toward wagering is allocated by game category as follows, unless the offer states a different schedule: Slots – 100% (Betsoft titles with the Double Up option count as 50%), Roulette – 5%, Scratch Cards – 25%, Live Casino – 0%, Poker/Videopoker/Other – 5%.

The following game titles are not eligible for contribution toward wagering with bonus funds: Thor’s Egg Hunt; Elite of Evil: The First Quest; Retro Reels; Jammin’ Jars 2; Blood Suckers II; Book of Dead; Viking titles; and other titles listed in the offer’s terms. Bonus Types and Activation Flows

  • One per account. The offer is sticky and non-withdrawable; it remains active until a withdrawal is requested or until all bonus-generated winnings are settled. A deposit of at least 20 EUR (or equivalent) is required to qualify, subject to offer-specific minimums.
  • May require a code or a qualifying deposit. All deposit-based bonuses are subject to the standard wagering requirements and withdrawal caps described herein.
  • Granted without a deposit where available. Winnings from no deposit bonuses may be subject to a withdrawal cap and must be converted to real funds via a qualifying deposit to enable withdrawal of winnings.

No Deposit Bonuses, Wagering and Withdrawals

No deposit bonuses are non-withdrawable until a deposit has been made or the offer-specific conditions are met. The maximum withdrawal for no deposit bonuses is 50 EUR (or equivalent in the player's currency). If the received no deposit bonus exceeds the cap, withdrawal is limited to five times the bonus amount. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and other limits described in the offer terms.

Withdrawal Limits and Forfeiture

Bonuses with deposit requirements are withdrawable only after meeting the wagering and other conditions. The maximum possible winnings derived from bonus funds and related promotions are capped per offer terms (commonly 15,000 EUR unless specified otherwise). If a withdrawal request exceeds permissible limits or wagering requirements remain unmet, the excess may be forfeited. Balances above the permitted withdrawal threshold are forfeited when applicable.

Balance Use and Rollover

When wagering with an active bonus, funds are drawn first from the real-money balance, then from the bonus balance. Jkjili may apply a rollover or multiplier on the deposit amount in line with anti-money-laundering and internal policy, generally not less than five times the deposit unless the offer states a different figure.

Expiration, Inactivity and Auto-Cancellation

Bonuses expire on the date stated in the offer terms. If wagering requirements are not fulfilled or the balance tied to the bonus reaches zero (or falls to a predefined threshold such as 0.05 EUR or equivalent), the bonus and any related winnings may be automatically canceled. The benefit of any bonus balance ends when the active balance is depleted or when the offer period ends.

Game Restrictions While Bonus Is Active

While a bonus is active, certain game categories and titles may be restricted from use with bonus funds. In general, Live Casino, table games, and sportsbook bets may be limited or blocked, and slot features such as gamble, buy-bonus, or bonus hunts may be disallowed during the bonus-active period. The offer terms specify any exceptions.

One Bonus Per Player and Anti-Abuse Measures

Jkjili enforces a strict single-bonus rule per player, per IP address, per device, and per environment. Attempts to circumvent these restrictions (including multi-accounting and shared devices) may result in forfeiture of bonuses and closure of affected accounts. Jkjili reserves the right to investigate and terminate accounts it reasonably deems abusive.

Geographic, Regulatory and Age Restrictions

Bonuses are not available where prohibited by law. Some jurisdictions may be excluded from participation in certain promotions. All participants must comply with local age and gambling regulations; misrepresentation or non-compliance may lead to loss of bonus eligibility and winnings.

Changes, Modifications and Disputes

Jkjili reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus offer and its terms at any time, with or without notice. In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the English version governs. Any disputes are resolved in accordance with the applicable Terms of Service and governing law as published by the Casino.
