Welcome to Jkjili. These Terms govern your access to and use of the online gambling services, platform features, promotions, and related content provided by Jkjili (the Company). By opening, registering for, or using your account, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

1. Definitions

  • Account means a unique user profile created by an individual to access the Services.
  • Player means an individual who registers for and uses the Services.
  • Wager means an agreement to bet on an event or outcome offered on the Platform, including casino bets and sports bets.
  • Bonus means a promotional incentive awarded by the Company that may be subject to wagering or other conditions.
  • KYC stands for know-your-customer verification procedures performed by the Company or its service providers.
  • Governing Law means the law applicable to these Terms as described in the Dispute Resolution section.

2. Eligibility and Account Creation

Access to and use of the Services is restricted to individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and who meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years or the applicable legal age in their jurisdiction. The Company reserves the right to require evidence of age and identity at any time. Individuals located in or accessing the Services from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or prohibited are prohibited from using the Services.

Each Player may hold a single Account. The Company may suspend or close any additional or duplicate Accounts and forfeit related balances, winnings, or bonuses in its sole discretion. The Player must provide accurate, current information during registration. False or misleading information may result in account denial, suspension, or closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Registration and Verification

The Player acknowledges and agrees that the Company may verify identity and assess money-laundering risks. Verification may include requesting documents such as government-issued identification, proof of address, and other information. The Player authorizes the Company to perform these checks and to share information with regulatory bodies or payment providers as required. If verification cannot be completed, or if information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete, the Company may restrict or suspend the Account or withdraw funds until verification is completed.

4. Security and Privacy

The Company employs industry-standard security measures, including encryption, to protect personal and financial information. Access to an Account is controlled by a unique username and password, and Players must promptly notify the Company of any suspected compromise. The Company collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. The Company may use cookies to enhance the gaming experience, subject to the Player's privacy preferences.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions are facilitated through methods that the Company supports from time to time, including card payments and selected electronic wallets. The minimum deposit amount is the equivalent of €5 or the locally applicable amount in the Player’s chosen currency. The minimum withdrawal amount is €20 or its equivalent in the chosen currency. The Company reserves the right to adjust available payment methods and limits at its discretion.

Withdrawals are processed upon successful verification of the Player’s identity and payment details. The standard processing time is up to five (5) business days for bank transfers or the timeframes applicable to the chosen payment method for e-wallets or card withdrawals. The Company may execute withdrawals in multiple installments to comply with payment-system limits or internal risk controls. In case a withdrawal is funded by a deposit that has not been wagered to the required threshold, the Company may apply processing costs or adjust the withdrawal amount as permitted by applicable rules.

The Player agrees to provide accurate information and to cooperate with any verification requests. Payments may be reversed if fraud, self-exclusion, or other breaches are detected, and funds may be retained or forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Bonuses and promotions are offered at the Company’s sole discretion and are subject to these Terms and the specific bonus terms. A bonus may be credited to the Player’s account and may require meeting wagering requirements before any winnings are withdrawable. Bonus codes, if any, must be entered exactly as specified and may only be used once per eligible Player and per household. Upon expiration, a bonus and any winnings attributed to it will be canceled. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke bonuses at any time without prior notice.

7. Anti-Fraud and Compliance

The Company maintains a strict anti-fraud program. It may investigate any activity deemed suspicious, including collusion, attempts to manipulate outcomes, chargeback attempts, or false information. The Company may suspend or terminate a Player’s Account and confiscate funds if fraud or other prohibited activity is detected. The Company may request identity verification materials, including self-portraits with documents, and may suspend account activity pending such verification. Repeated false information or failure to provide requested documents may result in permanent account closure and forfeit of balances.

8. Game Rules and Payouts

Players must comply with the rules of the games in which they participate. The Company may adjust payout percentages, odds, or game rules at its discretion, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements. The Company is not liable for losses arising from ordinary gaming outcomes, technical issues, or interruptions that do not arise from the Company’s intentional misconduct. Progressive jackpots are paid in full, where applicable, subject to verification and the terms of the specific promotion or game.

9. Prohibited Conduct and Restrictions

Players must not engage in actions that undermine the integrity of the platform, including but not limited to manipulating bets, exploiting vulnerabilities, or using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage. The Company may prohibit access from certain jurisdictions or markets, in line with regulatory requirements, and may suspend or close accounts without prior notice or explanation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Jkjili platform, including software, graphics, and text, is owned or licensed by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without the Company’s express written consent.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Company may amend these Terms from time to time for commercial, legal, or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the platform where reasonably practicable. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change is unacceptable, the Player may terminate the Account.

12. Termination, Suspension, and Return of Funds

The Company may suspend or terminate a Player’s Account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory concerns. In the event of termination, balances may be returned to the Player by the method used to fund the account, subject to verification and any applicable withholding or set-off rights retained by the Company. The Company may impose a temporary or permanent self-exclusion on a Player when appropriate for responsible-gaming considerations.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of Jkjili. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts or, at the Company’s option, by binding arbitration in the seat of incorporation or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. The Parties waive any rights to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Services. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation and shall not be liable for outages, delays, or losses caused by third-party services, force majeure, or issues beyond its reasonable control.

15. Indemnification

Players agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs arising from the Player’s breach of these Terms, violation of law, or use of the Services in an unauthorized or inappropriate manner.

16. Communications and Notices

Any notices or communications to Players may be sent via the platform, email, or other reasonable means. It is the Player’s responsibility to ensure contact details are accurate and up to date.

17. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Player and the Company regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
  • If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
  • The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless in writing and signed by the Company.
  • The Player may not assign or transfer rights or obligations under these Terms without the Company’s prior written consent.
