Jkjili Responsible Gambling Commitment
Jkjili treats gambling as entertainment. We do not endorse gambling as a source of income. This policy explains how you can gamble safely, the tools you have to stay in control, and where to get help if you experience problems.
Limit setting and control tools
You can set and adjust limits in your Jkjili account. Limits apply immediately when saved, and you can modify or remove them at any time. The available controls are:
- Deposit limits: set a maximum total deposit per day, per week, or per calendar month. Example: 50 currency units per day.
- Loss limits: set a maximum total loss per day, week, or month. The loss limit includes all active and unsettled bets; once the limit is reached, you cannot place further bets for the current period until it resets.
- Time limits: set a maximum continuous play time per session or per day. When the limit is reached, play should stop until a new period starts.
To set or change a limit, go to My Account > Responsible Gambling and follow the prompts. If you need to increase a limit, contact Customer Service. You may immediately reduce any limit at any time.
Self-exclusion, time-outs and breaks
Jkjili offers Time-Out and Self-Exclusion options to restrict access to your account for a defined period or indefinitely. Activation is performed in the Responsible Gambling area or via Customer Service. Time-Out and Self-Exclusion take effect immediately. You may revoke Time-Out after 24 hours. Indefinite Self-Exclusion revocation is at the sole discretion of Jkjili and may require a minimum period of seven days from the request. During an exclusion, deposits and bets are blocked. Any ongoing bets will continue to settle according to their terms. Winnings from events in progress may be paid after settlement. You may request revocation in writing or via electronic notification; such requests are subject to Jkjili's approval.
Underage gambling and age verification
Access to Jkjili is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older. We perform age verification checks using available methods, including payment methods. Accounts found to be operated by or for underage persons will be closed; winnings may be forfeited and reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

Problem gambling can affect individuals and families. Indicators may include loss of control over time or money, chasing losses, hiding gambling activity, or gambling despite adverse consequences.
