Scope and Definitions

These Betting Rules govern all wagers placed with Jkjili. For clarity, the following terms apply throughout the Rules:

  • Line: The list of events with the odds offered by Jkjili for each market, as published on the platform.
  • Bet: An agreement by the Client to stake funds on an Outcome, recorded and accepted by Jkjili via the platform.
  • Outcome: A discrete result that determines whether a bet is successful.
  • Bet Acceptance: The moment a bet is received and recorded by the betting system; thereafter, it cannot be altered or cancelled except as provided in these Rules.
  • Winning Odds: The multiplier applied to the stake to determine the payout for a winning bet.
  • Event and Market: An Event is a scheduled competition; a Market is a specific bet type offered on that Event.
  • Live vs Prematch: Live bets are placed on events in progress; Prematch bets are placed before the event starts.

Bets and Bet Types

Jkjili accepts the following bet types, each with defined settlement rules:

  1. Single Bet: A wager on the outcome of a single Event. Payout is the stake multiplied by the odds for that Outcome.
  2. Multiple (Accumulator): A wager on the outcomes of two or more unrelated Events. All selections must win for the bet to win. Payout is the stake multiplied by the product of the odds for all selections.
  3. System Bet: A bet on a set of selections that yields multiple calculated bets. Payouts are derived from the sum of the applicable multiples; each multiple is paid separately.
  4. Conditional Bet: A sequence of bets where only the main part is paid out from winnings of the preceding part. It is not permitted to include events from the main part in subsequent Conditional bets. If the main part loses, all Conditional bets fail. If the main part’s winnings are insufficient to cover a Conditional bet, that bet is excluded and the main part is paid.
  5. Abusive Structures: It is prohibited to include events relating to the same match in Multiple or System bets. If such an inclusion is detected, the bet is refunded. Jkjili reserves the right to determine whether events are related.
  6. Odds and Finality: Final winnings odds reflect the specifics of certain outcomes (e.g., handicaps, totals), potential postponements, or date transfers. In such cases, the odds may be adjusted to 1.00 where appropriate.

Key undertaking: Bets are accepted on the basis of the valid Line shown at the moment of bet acceptance. Bets are generally accepted before the start of the Event; Live bets are accepted only during the Event. For any discrepancy or ambiguity, Jkjili will determine the valid outcome in its sole discretion.

Line, Odds and Settlement

Line data, odds, and settlement policies are provided for each Event and Market. The following apply across all Bets:

  • Acceptance: Bets are accepted on the Line displayed at the time of bet acceptance. Bets made before the Event start are valid; Live bets are accepted during progress of the Event.
  • Modification: Jkjili may modify the Line, odds, handicaps, totals, and betting limits for any Event at any time. Pre-change bets retain the terms applicable at acceptance.
  • Bet Limits: Maximum and minimum bet amounts vary by Sport and Event and may change without notice. Jkjili may apply account-level restrictions or limits on individual Clients without notice.
  • Void Bets: If an Event has already concluded or the outcome is known at the time of bet acceptance, the bet is void and must be returned. Bets placed after the known outcome is not settled.
  • Prematch vs Live: Bets placed on non-live markets after an Event has started are settled with odds of 1.00 where applicable; Live bets are settled based on the outcome as it becomes known from official sources or Jkjili’s internal statistics when permitted by policy.
  • Error Handling: Jkjili will endeavour to provide accurate information, but is not responsible for obvious errors or omissions in odds, results, or participant information. Bets may be re-settled if an error affects settlement.
  • Accountability: The Client is responsible for the accuracy of bet details. Once a bet is placed and accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except as provided by these Rules or by settlement adjustments.
  • Technical Disruptions: If a bet is registered on the server during a disruption, settlements shall be governed by post-disruption rules and re-settlement may occur where necessary.

Live Betting

Live (in-running) bets are accepted during an Event on outcomes with undetermined results. Live odds are dynamic and reflect real-time progress.

  • Settlements: Live bets are settled based on results known immediately after the Event using official sources or approved statistics. Subsequent changes to live progress are not applied unless specifically stated.
  • Non-Competing Athletes: Live bets on non-competing athletes may be voided; other Live bets settle on the declared outcome at the end of the Event.
  • Claims: Any claim related to a Live bet must be submitted within 24 hours of the Event start.
  • Abandonment: If an Event is abandoned or not completed within 48 hours of starting, bets on undetermined outcomes are settled at 1.00 or void, subject to market rules.
  • Data Delays: Live data (scores, times) may be delayed or inaccurate. Bets placed on such data are at the Client’s risk, and Jkjili is not liable for losses arising from reliance on delayed data.
  • Eligibility: Bets are restricted to eligible Clients as defined in these Rules. Automated betting or bot-like activity may lead to account restrictions or closure.

Bonus and Balances

Clients hold two balances: real funds and bonus funds. Real balance is used for standard betting; bonus funds are used as per wagering terms. Winnings from bonus bets are credited to the bonus balance.

  • Two Balances: Real funds are used first; bonus funds may be used when real funds are exhausted. If a wager is placed from bonus funds and those funds are later wagered (converted) to real money, the bet will not be settled as a bonus bet.
  • Bonus Usage: If a bonus is active, wagering terms apply. Bets from bonus funds may be restricted (e.g., no single market on multiple outcomes in the same event). Violations may cancel bonuses and related winnings and may trigger account restrictions.
  • Opting Out: If a Client prefers not to use bonus funds, bets may be placed using real funds only; the available real balance can be checked at any time on the account header.
  • Wagering Terms: Bonus wagering requirements, eligibility criteria, and expiration periods are published in the bonus terms and conditions. Compliance is required to convert bonus winnings to real money.

Eligibility and Security

Eligibility to place Bets is restricted to persons who meet the following conditions:

  • Age: Clients must be of legal age in their jurisdiction, not less than 18 years, and may be required to provide age verification.
  • Prohibited Persons: No bets may be placed by minors, event participants (including athletes, coaches, officials), affiliates of other betting companies, or persons attempting to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Account Access: Jkjili reserves the right to block, suspend, or close accounts for suspected misconduct, rule violations, or automated/bot betting detection.

Markets and Common Bets

Common markets are described with standard shorthand. Examples below illustrate typical formats, subject to market-specific rules published for each Event:

  • 1, X, 2: 1 means Team A wins; X means draw; 2 means Team B wins.
  • 1X, X2, 12: 1X means Team A wins or draws; X2 means Team B wins or draws; 12 means either Team wins (no draw).
  • Handicaps and Totals: A Handicap applies a baseline adjustment to one side; Totals predict over/under the final total scored.
  • Correct Score, HT-FT, and Other Markets: Predict exact final scores, half-time/full-time results, or combinations thereof.
  • Over/Under and Asian Handicap: Markets based on combined totals or per-side goals with handicap adjustments to equalize chances.
  • Special Markets: Time intervals, goal scorers, cards, corners, and other sport-specific bets are available where listed in the Line.

Dead Heat: If two or more selections share the win, stake is divided by the number of winners, and the full odds apply to each portion of the stake. The remainder is lost.

Abandonments, Postponements and Results

Events may be postponed or abandoned. The following applies unless the Market rules state otherwise:

  • If an Event does not begin on schedule and is not resumed within a reasonable period (as defined by event type), bets may be voided.
  • Change of Venue or Opponent: If the home/away designation or opponent changes materially, bets on the affected match may be voided.
  • Official Results: Where there is a conflict between the official result and results posted by Jkjili, the official result published by the relevant governing body governs the settlement. In the absence of an official result, Jkjili may rely on available evidence and approved video where available.
  • Post-Event Adjustments: Jkjili reserves the right to re-settle bets in case of errors or post-event amendments; such decisions are final and binding.

Disputes and Resolution

All disputes should be raised with Customer Services in the first instance. If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to a Trading team representative. The final decision rests with the Head of Trading; the Client will be notified of the determination by email where feasible. Jkjili may require supporting evidence and documentation to adjudicate disputes.

Prohibited Conduct and Account Management

To maintain fair play and integrity, Clients must not engage in activities such as:

  • Bypassing betting limits or creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
  • Participating in any form of market manipulation or collusion with other parties.
  • Integrating automated tools or bots to place bets without explicit authorization.

Jkjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, close accounts, or withhold winnings where such conduct is detected or suspected.

Amendments and Notices

Jkjili reserves the right to add, delete, or modify these Betting Rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Clients are responsible for reviewing the Rules and any Market-specific terms before placing a wager.
